Panache Creative Cuisine is a full service, USDA-certified commissary preparing premium gourmet, fresh-packaged wholesale foods. It is the next generation of a female owned catering business established in 1976. We specialize in creating cost effective solutions for Retail and Institutional Foodservice needs.
Panache Creative Cuisine produces a full menu of products prepared with homestyle flavor. Our menu contains over 150 items, including overstuffed deli Hoagies, Sandwiches and Paninis, Breakfast and Lunch Platters, Homemade Soups, Gourmet Salads and Pasta, Dessert and Bakery offerings, as well as Home Meal Replacement (HMR) "Quick-Cuisine" Entrees. Sandwiches are prepared on more than 15 types of gourmet breads, including Flaky Croissants, Honey-wheat Kaiser, Marble Rye, Multigrain, Sour Dough, Pitas and Wraps, as well as the extremely popular, European-style artisan breads such as Baguettes, Focaccia and Ciabatta.
